You can visit our showroom while we practice zero contact buying and social distancing practices, but if you’re not comfortable coming in… we will come to you. We’re currently offering everyone virtual buying, meaning completing all of your paperwork via email or over the phone and we can deliver your new or used vehicle to you. We realize that sometimes it can be nerve-wracking to purchase a car online, which makes our 3-Day Exchange Policy more valuable than ever. If the vehicle you picked out doesn’t suit your needs, or you’d like different features or options than you originally purchased, you can exchange your vehicle up to 3 days after you purchase.

There’s never been a better time to complete the service on your vehicle that you’ve been putting off. We can pick up your vehicle at your home and drop it back off to you once service is complete. With our increased cleaning and sanitization practices, you can rest assured that your vehicle will stay on the road and reliable, while your family stays safe.

Reducing Risk

However, in an effort to reduce the risk to our customers and employees we have taken the following steps to mitigate the potential spread of the virus:

  • Instituting social distancing practices for employees and customers by staying 6 feet away at all times.
  • Every employee is asked to wear a mask.
  • A BioShield is in all customer interfacing offices.
  • Hand sanitizer stations are in all of our departments for customers and employees to use. Also, our staff is required to engage in good hygiene by frequently washing their hands with soap and water throughout the day.
  • Supplied sanitizing wipes with instructions for employees to wipe down all shared surfaces for vehicles repaired in our service department.
  • Our showroom offices and demo vehicles are disinfected and cleaned throughout the day – these measures include the use of disinfectant cleaning agents with increased frequency.
  • Employees and customers are asked to stay home if they are not feeling well or show any signs of illness.

No-Cost Maintenance: Complimentary maintenance includes Hyundai approved oil and oil filter change (except for electric vehicles and fuel cell electric vehicles) plus tire rotation at normal factory scheduled intervals for 3 years or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first. 3-Day Exchange Policy: Under the 3 Day Worry-Free Exchange, a customer who purchases or leases a new Hyundai vehicle from a participating dealer may return the Hyundai vehicle for any reason to exchange it for another new Hyundai vehicle, provided that: 1) the Hyundai vehicle is returned to the dealership where the vehicle was purchased or leased within three (3) days from the date of purchase/lease (with the three-day period being extended by one day if the final day of the three-day period falls when the dealership is closed); 2) the returned vehicle is in “like new” condition (e.g., the automobile has not been in an accident and is free from modifications, dents, scratches, tears, breaks, cracks, stains, etc.) as determined by the dealer in its discretion; 3) the customer has driven the returned vehicle less than 300 miles from the date of purchase/lease; and 4) the returned vehicle is free from any outside lien. If the returned vehicle meets all of these requirements, the customer may exchange it for another new Hyundai vehicle, subject to the mutual agreement of the customer and dealer on the terms of the new vehicle purchase or lease.
