I recently got an oil change at Hyundai Bentley. I was helped by Hunter and he was amazing. He was kind enough to explain things to me and answer any questions I had. The wait time was around 30-45 minutes but they did have free popcorn, nice seating, an tv, and vending machines to make the time go by fast. I’ll continue to get my oil changed and any maintenance services done there.

Every question answered, always greeted with a smile, never felt pressured, and even appeased me by giving me side by side comparison of the two vehicles I was torn between. They were courteous & quick, however, they did not explain anything to me about the recall & the receipt said that I had performed a safety inspection. I did not. However, in a call from the shop, it was explained to me that the wording is incorrect & it was simply asking for permission to do the safety check. I was happy with the service.
Got a used car. Price was what it was; not bad. I walked in and Chris K was helpful over the phone prior and met me in person. After taking the car to the mechanic (Please do this) I found a couple things. Should be expected if it has 100k miles. Ok here is the scoop we have had trouble getting our 18 Santa Fe ac fixed. First they said it was overcharged and they evacuated it to “factory”. In 2-3 weeks it freezes up again. Cary the “service manager” I use this term loosely because all he managed to was keep our car for 10 days then calls us after our inquiries to tell us it would be 2 more weeks. So yesterday 8/31/21 I’m to take the car back. This is the 4th time mind you. If it is fixed he is batting 25% now. We get a call from Lori our service ...
